One-On-One Personal Training

Superfly Personal Training is a dedicated service to focus on each individual’s specific short/long term athletic goals.  The sport/goal specific programming will include speed, agility, developing proper running form,  strength, and a variety of specialized drills to focus on an individual’s needs.  Coach Shane Noteboom has a background in collegiate soccer, but has trained a variety of athletes from baseball, ice skating, and lacrosse. All individual training will incorporate core strengthening and injury prevention movements to increase stability and flexibility to ensure our athlete’s stay on the field. 

$75 per one hour session.

Once you complete the sign up/waiver process below you will be contacted by Coach Shane to schedule your first session at which he will review your goals and evaluate your current fitness level. 

Cancellations prior to a 24 hour notice are billed at 75% of the hourly  rate.  Session date/time will be tailored around your schedule after Coach Shane contacts you to make an appointment.
